How much you want to bet she offs the whole trio? What a dumbass way to end the books. I hated HBP and I don't think I'm going to like the last one. Why did she go all super-dark and cheesy? So now Voldemort (does he count as a main?) dies, Harry dies, and my money's on Snape kicking it in the last one, too.
It's like a Stephen King novel- all this great plot and character development and then.... everybodydiestheend.
I feel sick. Did she just get lazy after it went big or what?
There goes my inspiration. Buh-bye. |

| I was right |

It's not a cold or a sinus infection. I have the goddamn, motherfucking FLU.
Who the HELL gets the flu in JUNE!!?!?
Seriously, who?
Still, I give thanks that it was now. I have 2 weeks to get over it and recover before my trip. But the flu? Come on! The Dayquil is sort of workign which is why I can sit here for a few minutes but I just spent the last two hours curled up in a down comforter (and still freezing) watching the dumbest animated movie ever made (Tha Last Unicorn in case you're wondering). Honestly, it had it's own characters acting out of character. It was just bizzare. And ths songs were awful.
Anyway, I had intended to go into work tomorrow, but screw that.
And the lj-cut decided to crap out again.
I'm going back to the couch. I hope the BfFcomes home soon so he can make me some tea. And some peas. Oooo, I could really go for a bowl of peas right now. Meh, I'll just watch bad tv for a while. I wanted to finish chapter 25 but I don't think I can sit here that long. And it would pobably be incoherent gibberish (ha ha what's new?) anyway. Poo. At least I got the vaccuming done before I fell apart. |

If I had to get sick I'm glad it's now. But I'm not sick. No. Really. Just sinus dryness from being in front of fans all day yesterday and going riding in the heat and dust. Yep. That's it. It's not a cold or a sinus infection. Nope. Besides I have 2 weeks to get over it- I mean rehydrate- before my trip.
I am not sick.
And I won't be when we leave for Scotland.

| Let's Try a Little Something... |

| [ | mood |
| | annoyed | ] | Here's a test of my ability to follow simple instructions. Ready for a good laugh?
The text should be a comparison of the tv shows "Daria" (Mtv) and "The Simpsons" (Fox) using a list of questions (Similarity Scores) composed by Daria fan CINCGREEN.
<lj-cut> 1.Outcast main character: Homer could be considered an outcast. He’s definitely an odd duck. Hmm, maybe 1/2 a point. It’s hard to ascribe a main character to the Simpsons.
2. Female main character: Marge ot Lisa are in some episodes but I’d have to lean toward Homer being the main. So, no.
3. Smart: Lisa is. Homer is not. I’ll still say no.
4. Sarcastic: Yes, many of the Simpsons cast use sarcasm. Homer does often though not as subtly as Daria.
5. Writer: Lisa writes in a dairy and does write poetry. Homer’s made some attempts. Marge wrote that romance novel. But I’d have to say no.
6. Artistic friend: Not really.
7. Workaholic mother: Nope, Marge is a SAHM, Homer’s mom is a fugtive.
8. Crazy dad: Both Homer and Grandpa Simpson fit.
9. Younger sibling: Lisa and Maggie. Homer does have a younger brother Herb.
10. Sibling is cuter: Herb is more attractive and (was) more successful. I’d say yes.
11. Attracted to slacker: Marge isn’t the slacker in that relationship.
12. High school setting: Nope, elementary school but really the whole town.
13. Cheerleader/football star character: Nope.
14. Black overachiever character: Karl might fit into this category. I’d say no.
15. Insane teachers: Hell yes.
16. Lecherous character: Disco Stu? Marge’s bowling instructor? Mr. Burns can be lecherous at times. Maybe.
17. Catty clique of girls: Lisa runs into Sheri and Teri occasionally. Marge has had a few run-ins with various women groups in Springfield (the pretzel wagon ep comes to mind) but it’s not a major part of the show.
18. Boring town: Several characters have described Springfield as boring or ‘loserville’.
19. Cartoon: Yep.
20. Comedy: One of the best. </lj-cut>
Obviously, I'm retarded. If someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong here, that'd be peachy keen. |

Probably not. |
